Young Lawyers Division Presents Business Court CLE May 15th

The Young Lawyer’s Division of the Buncombe County Bar presents “The NC Business Court & The 2014 Modernization Act” CLE on May 15, 2015. This CLE will focus on recent developments in the North Carolina Business Court, featuring perspectives from a former clerk as well as experienced litigators. The Business Court Modernization Act will also be discussed, with special focus on the changes it has brought and its effect on local rules.

Presenters include John D. Noor, W. Carleton Metcalf, and David M. Wilkerson. CLE credit of three general hours is pending approval from the NC State Bar CLE Board. To learn more, or to sign up, click here.
