Weekly Bar Briefs, 7-28-2015

Dear Bar Members,

This week marks the annual July bar examination for law graduates around the country. North Carolina’s examination will be July 28 and 29th in Raleigh. Last year, only 62 percent passed the exam. The Buncombe County Bar will again offer the Professionalism For New Admittees CLE program in Asheville on October 1-2, 2015, for those who pass the exam and successfully complete the admission requirements. The swearing-in ceremony will be held on the afternoon of October 16th.
