From Bar President Carter Webb:
I am honored to serve as the President of the Buncombe County Bar for the upcoming year.
Since March of 2020, things have been uncertain and the Bar has had to adapt to maintain safety while also properly serving our members. Sonya Rikhye and Anne Salter, my predecessors, did a magnificent job guiding our members through many new and unprecedented issues caused by COVID-19. Now, it is my turn as President to continue the job of leading the Bar through what we can only hope is the end of the pandemic. Read more
