Weekly Bar Briefs, 7-12-2016

Dear Bar Members,

We are honored to host the Navy’s top Judge Advocate General, Vice Admiral William Crawford, for a discussion and update about the U.S. Navy on July 28th, 2016.  The Admiral’s visit is coordinated by the Navy Office of Community Outreach and seeks to connect Americans with their Navy and provides community outreach programs designed to bring America’s Navy to cities throughout the country which do not enjoy a significant Navy presence.

Vice Admiral Crawford is North Carolina native and graduate of Belmont Abbey College and the UNC School of Law at Chapel Hill.  He holds a Master of Laws degree in Ocean and Coastal Law from the University of Miami (Florida) School of Law and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.

We hope to see you on July 28 at 8 – 9am at Ward and Smith Law Firm, 82 Patton Avenue, Suite #300, in downtown Asheville. A light breakfast will be served. Please click here to confirm your attendance.
