Dear Bar members,
The Buncombe Bar’s Annual Meeting takes place tomorrow, beginning at 12:30pm, at the Asheville Social Hall. This event, our last Bar luncheon of the fiscal year, features annual awards, a review of the accomplishments of the year, and the election of new members of the Executive Committee. This year the Bar will honor Barry Master with the Lifetime Achievement Award; Bill Christy as Centennial Award recipient; Hon. Ward Scott as Professionalism Award recipient, and B.J. Kilgore as the Distinguished Young Lawyer of 2022. Though the deadline for ordering lunch has passed, all members are invited to attend the meeting.
