Weekly Bar Briefs, 1-10-2023

Dear Bar members,

Plan now to join us tomorrow for an hour of free CLE at the January Bar Luncheon.  All Buncombe Bar members are welcome to drop in! The deadline for lunch orders has passed, but we invite members to attend and bring your lunch and enjoy a complementary soft drink. We meet at the Asheville Social Hall, located at 81 Broadway Street at 12:30pm.

Tomorrow’s program features a free hour of CLE with Troy Crawford of Lawyers Mutual. The “Managing Your Trust Account” CLE reviews the new trust account rules approved in 2016 by the NC State Bar, and satisfies the CLE requirement for attorneys who maintain trust account.
