Transcriptionist / Assistant
Law firm seeks in-office administrative support services
Essential duties (not all inclusive):
• Transcribing dictation
• Preparation and formatting of rough draft documents including formal letters
• Proofreading and editing of documents using ‘track changes’
• Copying and mailing documents
• Other administrative support tasks as needed
• Typing 70 wpm
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, including track changes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with dictation & transcription (preferred)
Part Time Position: 12-15 hours per week, flexible schedule
Pay: $15-$18 per hour (depending upon experience)
