David Hudson has been an integral part of our team since 2020, demonstrating exceptional legal expertise and a steadfast commitment to our clients. In addition to his custody litigation practice, David will be serving as a parenting coordinator in high conflict cases.
Daniel Fox joined us in 2022. Daniel’s background as a litigator and negotiator allowed him to hit the ground running in family law. Daniel has been called a key ally by his clients. Others have expressed deep appreciation for his empathetic approach and effective resolutions.
Ellen Rose remains of counsel. Ellen is available to consult, collaborate and mediate. She is kind and wise with a deep background in family law and related matters. Ellen’s move to Raleigh later this year will enable the firm to grow in that market.
