The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all legal documentation pertaining to release agreements, deeds of release, mortgage satisfactions, reassignments, bankruptcies, deed in lieu of foreclosure documents, and foreclosure paperwork is meticulously compiled, reviewed, sent to customers and processed accordingly once returned. The Paralegal/Assistant will also be responsible for researching county website records for information which pertains to the owner’s title.
