Office Administrator. Fast-paced, growing Asheville law firm seeking office administrator. Responsible for financial operations including trust accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and tax processing; human resources including hiring, payroll, benefits and management; facilities, including storage units and maintenance of property; compliance including CFPB, NC State Bar regulations and office procedures; some computer maintenance and software support.

Law firm experience desirable; knowledge of SoftPro and MicroSoft Office products helpful. Ability to multi-task, but maintain high degree of accuracy and organization. Strong communications and interpersonal skills required. Competitive salary and benefits package.

About Ed Bleynat

Edward L. Bleynat, Jr. began his legal career by clerking for James G. Exum, Jr., then the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. He later went to work with a major Greensboro law firm in a general litigation practice, focusing on business litigation and tort law.
