Seeking Litigation Legal Assistant

We are adding to our team! Asheville Law Firm, Roberts & Stevens, has a need for a full-time, experienced litigation legal assistant.

We would love a candidate with at least 10 years of experience; however, we will consider candidates with less experience. Experience with litigation is required. Candidate must also have experience in scheduling depositions and hearings. Should be a critical thinker with strong attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should be able to work independently but also be a team player and be able to work well under pressure. We conduct background checks on potential new hires.

Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered, including participation in the firm’s 401(k) plan upon eligibility. Compensation of $40,000 – $55,000 a year will be based on relevant experience. Other offered benefits are PTO, 10 paid holidays per year, 401k with a 4% match and profit sharing, flexible schedule and telecommuting options, employer paid life insurance and long term disability insurance. Our medical insurance rates for employee only coverage are $10 biweekly and $100 biweekly for family coverage with low annual deductibles. We also offer the employee paid supplemental insurance options of: short term disability coverage, cancer coverage, critical illness coverage, and accident coverage options.
