We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Estate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide legal advice and representation in all areas of estate planning and administration.
Responsibilities will include, Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, Advising clients on tax planning strategies related to their estates and trusts, Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of legal services to clients, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients, potential clients, and other professionals in the community. Our firm will require graduation from an accredited law school, an Active North Carolina law license, 1-3 years of experience in the area of estate planning and administration, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
