Seeking Civil Litigation Associate

Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP, a civil defense firm with offices throughout the Carolinas, seeks a North Carolina licensed civil litigation associate to join its Asheville office with prior legal experience in a litigation practice. Preference will be given for an attorney having handled matters in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, and/or general tort claims. Prefer attorney with strong and demonstrated writing and oral advocacy skills to include exposure to depositions, mediations, and trials. Must be currently licensed in NC at the time of application.
