Seeking Administrative Assistant

Local small firm is seeking to fill a reception/administrative assistant position.  Duties to include phone and walk-in reception, client intake and file start-up, calendar and appointment management, time-keeping and billing, managing office supplies, and daily post office pick-up/delivery/mail management.  Legal experience helpful but not required; office experience preferred.
