We’re a seven-lawyer primarily litigation firm in Asheville handling the kind of work most associates don’t see for years: business litigation, complex trust and estate disputes, wrongful death and other catastrophic injury cases, and corporate conflicts involving real money and real consequences. Our clients are individuals, families, and businesses across Western North Carolina, and our cases regularly involve Superior Court, Business Court, and Federal district court.
We are looking for an associate, junior or experienced, who wants to actually practice law, not just process files. You will work directly with partners from day one, take depositions, argue motions, develop case strategy, and manage client relationships. We don’t have a ten-year track before things get interesting.
