Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings serve as an objective indicator that a lawyer has the highest ethical standards and professional ability. The General Ethical Standards rating denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities. Only lawyers who meet the “Very High” criteria of General Ethical Standards can proceed to the next step in the ratings process.
The Legal Ability rating indicates professional ability within a specific area of practice. Legal Ability ratings are based on performance in five key areas: Legal Knowledge, Analytical Capabilities, Judgment, Communication Ability, and Legal Experience.
Kight Law Office, PC is an Asheville Bankruptcy and Business Law Firm. Rod accepts referrals in the field of bankruptcy law and actively supports attorneys in matters where bankruptcy or debt restructuring can be beneficial to underlying cases.
