Register to Hear Presentation by Kenneth Feinberg

Nationally acclaimed attorney Kenneth Feinberg will be presenting at the 2nd Annual Speak Your Peace luncheon.

Feinberg is an attorney specializing in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He has resolved victim compensation disputes for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund, and the One Fund for the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombings, among others.

He will be presenting on Unconventional Responses to Unique Catastrophes: Tailoring Mediation to Meet the Challenges.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Mediation Center’s mission to create opportunity from conflict in the Buncombe, Henderson/ Polk, and Transylvania Counties of Western North Carolina.Through mediation, conflict resolution, and supervised visitation, the Mediation Center helps people find peace in stressful and difficult times in a safe and neutral environment.

Purchase tickets for the event before April 11th at the early bird rate of $50, or for $60 after the April 11th. Tickets include lunch, tea, coffee, and dessert. We will recognize all businesses and individuals that purchase tickets for a full table (8 registrations) at the event and on our event sponsorship page.
