Worley & Peltz, PLLC seeks a detailed-oriented real property attorney to join the firm’s residential and commercial real property practice. This opening is ideal for someone with real property title examination experience. Title insurance company approval is preferred. Strong candidates will have one (1) to five (5) years of real property law experience. Duties of a successful applicant will include review and certification of real property titles, assisting the commercial and residential real property sections of the firm as needed, and legal research on complex real property matters.
