Public Notice for Reappointment of an Incumbent Magistrate Judge
The current term of office of United States Magistrate Judge David S. Cayer is due to expire on April 2, 2017. The United States District Court has appointed a panel of citizens to assist the court with considering the reappointment of the U.S. Magistrate Judge Cayer to a new eight-year term.
