Dear Bar Members,
Votes for Public Defender nominees were tallied after today’s election, with the following results: LeAnn Melton 156, Sam Snead 134. The list of the two nominees and their respective vote tallies were certified by Bar President Natalie Bacon to Senior Resident Superior Court Judge Alan Z. Thornburg, and a copy will be furnished to the Office of Indigent Defense Services.
