As a trial lawyer, my practice is devoted entirely to civil litigation.  I practiced law in Charlotte for 12 years and moved to Asheville in 2013. I have tried more than 100 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations to verdict or award. I typically represent people and companies who have been sued civilly by someone else. I am proud to have represented many large and small general contractors, transportation companies, product manufacturers and financial institutions, health care professionals, and others in a variety of personal injury and other commercial disputes.
