Robert B. Wareham was admitted to the North Carolina Bar by comity in February 2026 following twenty-four years of practice in Colorado. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Wareham served as a law enforcement officer. During his Colorado practice, he focused primarily on domestic relations and criminal justice litigation, with a complementary emphasis on firearms and Second Amendment law. He has testified as an expert before multiple committees of the Colorado General Assembly on firearms-related legislation, provided frequent commentary to Denver media outlets, and served as a sought-after CLE lecturer, training attorneys and judges on firearms law.

A graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, Mr. Wareham is admitted to practice in the state courts of California, Colorado, and North Carolina, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Wareham relocated to Western North Carolina in January 2024. Together with his spouse, Jennifer Holschuh, he founded Mountain West Firearms, a Federal Firearms Licensee operating a retail firearms store and training facility in Fairview, while developing a planned state-of-the-art indoor shooting range in the Asheville area.
