Mr. Melnyk concentrates his practice in the areas of leasing, acquisition, sale, and financing of real property across the United States. He has extensive experience representing a variety of commercial tenants and landlords in leasing transactions, from early stage venture-backed startups to large publicly traded corporations, and local developers to large institutional landlords. He currently lives and practices in Asheville, NC.
