John tackles corporate, business and health care law with a concentration on entity formation, contract review and drafting, employment agreement review and drafting, mergers, sales, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and adding or buying out shareholders. He assists various sizes of businesses in a range of areas from manufacturing and high tech to physician and dental practices, including hospitals, foreign corporations, nonprofits and resorts. His clients include Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community, d&b audiotechnik and, Sisters of Mercy. John joined McGuire, Wood & Bissette in 1995 after working with the law firm of Alston & Bird, since 1987.
