Join the Clerk’s office for a CLE that will provide practical information to attorneys about the role of the clerk within the court system. It will also outline the role of the clerk as a hearing officer and ex officio judge of probate. The CLE will take place in Courtroom 2C in the historic section of the Buncombe County Courthouse on Friday, March 1st, beginning at 12:30pm. Snacks & canned sodas will be provided; feel free to bring your own brown bag lunch!
This CLE has been approved by the NC State Bar CLE Board for one hour of general credit.
