Candidate will provide principal support to two lawyers working in commercial and community association transactions, real estate litigation, false claims litigation, and serving as outside general counsel to local and regional privately-owned and nonprofit companies.
Duties include interviewing potential clients and witnesses, conducting discovery, preparing medical chronologies, performing legal and title research, and maintaining calendars.
