Missy Spainhour Joins Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete

National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith &
Prophete is pleased to welcome a new partner to its Asheville office,
continuing an aggressive expansion that has brought eight new attorneys to
the firm over the past month. Missy Sumerell Spainhour has joined the
Asheville office as a partner. She has more than 20 years of labor and
employment law experience, spending the last 12 years as a partner at Davis
Hartman Wright LLP. In addition to a strong litigation and advice and
counseling background, Spainhour is experienced in conducting workplace
investigations and is a certified mediator. She is AV-rated by MartindaleHubbell. Spainhour received her undergraduate degree from Sewanee: the
University of the South and her J.D. from Wake Forest University.
