Michael Casterline Joins Public Defender’s Office

Michael Casterline has recently joined the Public Defender’s office. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, Michael has represented thousands of clients in criminal matters before the district, superior and appellate courts of North Carolina. He brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to indigent defense. In his new position, Michael will be focusing on first appearances and jail population reduction.
