BarCARES is a confidential, short-term intervention program provided cost-free to our members. HRC Behavioral Health & Psychiatry, P. A. is the practice that manages the delivery of BarCARES services. Clinicians within HRC and clinicians across the state to whom BarCARES referrals are made may provide services by telephone or telehealth or in person delivery. Preferences for delivery of service are noted and accommodated as possible with each referral request. This is an incredible health benefit for you as a member of the Buncombe County Bar.
