Instructions for Paying Your Annual Dues
|
|
|
As a member of the Buncombe County Judicial Bar, your annual dues for this fiscal year are $90. The deadline for payment is September 15, 2025. A $15 late fee will apply to all payments received after that date. To comply with North Carolina law, dues must be paid no later than January 15, 2026, or your name will be reported to the North Carolina State Bar. This may result in suspension of your license to practice law.

For Returning Members

For Members Using a Group Code
|
If your law firm has paid your dues and provided you with a group code, you must complete your registration using that code to ensure your payment is properly recorded to your individual account, as mandated by the North Carolina State Bar.

Optional Contributions
Last year, our annual dues were reduced from $150 to $90 due to mandated changes. If you would like to help close the funding gap, you may add a voluntary donation during the checkout process or contribute separately at any time here:
