Please join us on Friday, May 1st for our first sponsorship of the Law Day celebration at 12:00 pm at Pack Square Pavilion. Law Day is an apolitical, nonpartisan opportunity for the legal community to recognize and reflect on the rule of law. This year feels especially significant as we approach the 250th anniversary of American independence, discuss the importance of the rule of law, and (for those who wish to participate) retake our oath to uphold the Constitution with retired Judge Calvin Hill. The oath renewal will take place around 12:45. The forecast is looking fine, but the 1st floor lobby of the courthouse is our rain backup. We hope to see you tomorrow!
