Pisgah Legal Services is seeking volunteer attorneys and paralegals to join us in free legal clinics to draft and execute wills, durable Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Powers of Attorney for low-income homeowners in Buncombe County. We will have templates for simple wills, POA’s and HCPOA’s for attorneys to use and we will provide extensive administrative support during appointments with clients.
We have appointment times at 9am, 1pm and 4pm on Wed, June 14 and Thursday, June 15 and expect that each appointment will last between 2-3 hours. We will provide lunch to morning and afternoon shift volunteers and dinner to evening volunteers. If you can assist with one or more appointments on either of these days, please sign up here.
