Jenny Iaquinto Nominated for NC Board of Paralegal Certification

The Executive Board of the Asheville Area Paralegal Association (“AAPA”) is pleased to announce to members of the 28^th Judicial Bar that Jennifer (“Jenny”) Iaquinto, ACP, NCCP, of the Van Winkle Law Firm has been nominated to serve on the North Carolina Bar’s Board of Paralegal Certification. Of all of the candidates nominated for this position, only five were selected. Jenny was the only paralegal nominated from Western North Carolina and the Western District.

The Asheville Area Paralegal Association strongly endorses her as a candidate, and requests that members of the 28^th Judicial Bar to encourage their certified paralegals to vote for her by logging on to the North Carolina Board of Paralegal Certification website and voting at: http://www.nccertifiedparalegal.org/ssl/login.asp. If elected, Mrs. Iaquinto will be the first paralegal representative from the Western District of our state.
