Janet Amburgey Attains Martindale’s AV Preeminent Peer Rating

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are an objective representation of a lawyer’s professional ability and ethical standards, generated from evaluations of the lawyer’s peers. Online surveys are performed by lawyers across many geographical locations and jurisdictions in similar areas of practice as the lawyer being rated. Each reviewer assesses their colleagues’ legal ability and general ethical standards in a specific area of practice. Janet Amburgey is a 2008 graduate of the Appalachian School of Law. Janet focuses her practice in the area of family law. In 2015 she was included in Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite Young Guns section. A nearly lifelong resident of Asheville, Jane holds an undergraduate degree is from University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Janet dedicates her practice to helping families through difficult and stressful situations.
