Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 7A-49.4 the Office of the District Attorney, after consultation with the 28th District’s Superior Court bench, proposes to revise our District’s Criminal Case Docketing Plan. The plan’s primary object is to foster the interests of justice, improve judicial efficiency and economy and to protect and preserve the rights of all the citizens and residents of the 28th Prosecutorial District. Suggestions and concerns should be expressed in writing on or before September 22, 2016.
