CME/CLE: What Mediators Need to Know

Mediators face recurrent and tricky problems in their mediation practices. This continuing mediator education (CME) webinar for NCDRC Certified Superior Court mediators will focus on finding answers for these problems under the MSC Rules, the federal WDNC Local Rules and the DRC’s ethical standards.

The webinar will walk through an array of practical problems arising in court-ordered mediation in Superior Court and federal court cases, including scheduling challenges, practical problems at mediation and the key reporting requirements, as well as how to collect mediator fees.
