We were lucky enough to learn some of the basics of AI from Camille Stell in the Spring, and she will be with us again for a one hour ethics CLE:
Practicing Law in the Age of AI: Ethical Duties, Emerging Risks, and Judicial Guidance
Artificial intelligence is reshaping how legal services are delivered, raising important questions about professional responsibility. In this timely program, Lawyers Mutual’s Camille Stell will examine the evolving ethical landscape surrounding AI. Camille will discuss how traditional ethical duties apply to modern technology, highlight recent court decisions involving AI misuse, and address the risks that can lead to disciplinary action or malpractice claims. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to responsibly incorporate AI into their practice while meeting their ethical obligations.
