Dustin J. McIntee Announces Opening of McIntee Law, PLLC

Dustin J. McIntee is excited to (finally) announce the opening of his solo law firm, McIntee Law, PLLC.* His practice is focused on working with artisan, craft, and family-owned small businesses in the Asheville area, with a special interest in brewery, brew-pub, and bar/social club law. Dustin is also currently serving as the secretary of the 28JDB’s Young Lawyers’ Division.

Dustin is a graduate of the University of Minnesota (’08) and the Wake Forest University School of Law (’13). Dustin interned at the Guilford County Public Defender’s Office in Greensboro, NC, during the summer of 2012, and he also completed clinical associateships in the Wake Forest Innocence & Justice Clinic and the Community Law & Business Clinic.

Prior to law school, Dustin worked as a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities and a counselor for teens with emotional & behavioral disorders. He is also an experienced high school track & field coach (shot-put & discus) and has coached middle school football.

Dustin is engaged to Tiffany Tyler, a fellow new attorney whose practice covers Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law.
