"Law of Easements" CLE Seminar 10-4-2013
The Nantahala Chapter of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS) is hosting a seminar again this fall (Friday, October 4th, 2013) by Mr. Jeff Lucas titled “Law of Easements” and “What Went Wrong” (A Study in Surveyor Errors and Omissions). This is a NC State Bar approved course: Sponsor # 6383, Course # 1.

Mr. Lucas is a nationally recognize name in the surveying and legal communities regarding boundary law, property rights, boundary dispute resolution and several other topics. He has authored several books and is a regular contributor to P.O.B. Magazine. The fee for attorneys attending the seminar is $142.50 and includes the following: Both the morning and afternoon seminars; Lunch – provided by Bogarts Restaurant of Sylva; Handouts; Certificate of Attendance; Mandatory fee required by the NC State Bar (the Nantahala Chapter will be responsible for mailing the required attendance documents and fees to the NC State Bar).
