On behalf of the Center for Cooperative Parenting, I’m pleased to announce our new upcoming Seminar entitled: Intersection between Mental Health and Family Law: Evaluations and Testimony for Families in Custodial Conflict. This seminar will be held on November 8, 2013, at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill.
This workshop will assist both mental health professionals and family law attorneys in sorting through the various types of evaluations that may be useful to families in determining the best custodial plan for the children. The workshop will also include what therapists and evaluators can address in testimony. The afternoon will conclude with a case analysis.
