Candidates Debate Issues To Packed Courtroom

A capacity crowd gathered in the Buncombe County Judicial Complex on Friday, April 11th, to hear candidates for District Court Judge, District Attorney, and Clerk of Superior Court debate. The three separate debates featured first the District Attorney race, then the District Court Judge race, and finally the race for Superior Court Clerk. Retired Judge Gary Cash moderated the event, which was attended by members of the Bar, the public, and the press.
