Missy Spainhour concentrates her practice on nearly all types of labor & employment law, litigation, mediation (as an NC DRC Certified Superior Court Mediator), and conducting independent workplace investigations.

She provides advice and counseling to employers of all sizes, in addition to her federal, state, and appellate court litigation practice of over 20 years.

Missy has been recognized by Martindale-Hubble (by both her peers and the judiciary) as an “AV” rated attorney.
