Johanna has a broad range of legal experience. Since being licensed in 1994 she has represented individuals in need of assistance in the areas of family law, criminal defense and simple estate planning. She spend ten years as the Chief Hearing Officer for the Buncombe County Clerk of Superior Court, hearing matters related to guardianship, real estate, name changes and decedent’s estates.. Since joining Sneed & Stearns her focus is in litigation in matters related to real estate, decendent’s estates and guardianships. Johanna is also a certified Superior Court mediator.
