John tackles corporate, business and health care law with a concentration on entity formation, contract review and drafting, employment agreement review and drafting, mergers, sales, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and adding or buying out shareholders. He assists various sizes of businesses in a range of areas from manufacturing and high tech to physician and dental practices, including hospitals, foreign corporations, nonprofits and resorts. His clients include Samson Corporation, Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community, STF Precision, Aeroflow, Sisters of Mercy, Diamond Brand Gear Company, and Beech Mountain Resort. John joined McGuire, Wood & Bissette in 1995 after working with the law firm of Alston & Bird, since 1987.
