I have been helping people with disabilities to obtain government benefits since 1997. I was in the first class of specialists certified in Social Security Disability Law in NC and I practice exclusively in this area. From application to federal court, I take a hands-on approach to each case and also assist with Medicaid and Medicare issues. I am fortunate enough to work with some of the best paralegals and assistants in Asheville, including a former manager from the Social Security Administration. Our firm also represents veterans in their claims for service-connected benefits and TDIU from the Veterans Administration. Our veterans practice is nation-wide and our Social Security practice generally spans the 13 counties of WNC, although we accept cases for appeal and brief-writing from other areas.
