About

Carolyn Snipes practices commercial and residential real property law representing developers, sellers, buyers, lenders, and title insurance companies. She focuses on real estate transactions, easements and agreements, property disputes, and title insurance claims.
Carolyn graduated magna cum laude and received her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. She was elected to serve as Notes & Comment editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and, as Chair of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee, participated in the effort leading to the creation of the Gonzaga Institute for Action Against Hate.
After spending 5 years in private practice mainly as a commercial litigator and bankruptcy attorney, she became title counsel for a major national title insurance company where she gained deep knowledge of commercial and residential transactions working with customers in 98 of the 100 counties in North Carolina. With 13 years of title and commercial closing experience, Carolyn joined the firm with enthusiasm and a desire to efficiently guide clients through transactions and thorny title issues.
Carolyn is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law. She regularly speaks on real estate and title insurance matters at continuing legal educations seminars.
