Brian Elston is a personal injury attorney and worker’s comp lawyer that focuses on providing his clients justice for their injuries.  He has practiced in Buncombe County for over a decade, and has represented victims and their families in personal injury and work place accident cases in state and federal courts.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian was a claims adjuster for a major insurance company.  His experience as a former adjuster and now a seasoned attorney helps his clients achieve the results they need.
