If you have a civil dispute with someone or a company, you have two options: settlement or trial. Sometimes trial is the best option, but not usually. Settlement is often the best option, so long as it is voluntary and not because you have no other choice. There are other firms with large advertising budgets which will be happy to settle all sorts of cases, but rarely go to trial. Here you have a choice. The good news is that the likelihood of a favorable settlement increases when your lawyer is willing and capable of taking the case to trial, if necessary. That is what we do.
