Join the Mediation Center on Friday, February 24th from 12:30pm-5pm for Mediation Skills: Deep Dive. A team of experienced mediators, including Fred Barbour, Sharon Tracey Barrett, Sarah Corley, and Adrienne Roberson, will facilitate this live, interactive webinar. The seminar will include a brief review of rules and strategies followed by opportunities for real-time practice, discussion, and feedback. Power Hours CLE: “Sex, Drugs & Money” and “Mindfulness in the Legal Profession”

January 27th 3pm-5pm- Join the Mediation Center for Power Hours. In this two-hour CLE webinar, attorneys can earn 1-hour of ethics/professional responsibility credit and 1-hour of mental health/substance abuse credit. In the first hour, attorney Joshua Walthall will talk about Sex, Drugs, and Money- Things that Get Lawyers in Trouble. As a former State Bar prosecutor, Walthall will examine recent public Bar prosecutions in these areas and discuss how they might have been avoided. In the second hour, presenter Scott MacGregor will look at Mindfulness in the Legal Profession and how it can help lawyers to focus and concentrate, let go of distractions, manage stress and other emotions, and learn from experiences. Register here.
