Free Living Wills to all COVID-19 Essential Workers

The Asheville law firm of Fisher Stark P.A. is giving back to essential workers.  Essential workers are on the front lines of this coronavirus pandemic. Essential workers include doctors, nurses, first responders, firefighters, service workers, cashiers, delivery drivers and all front-line people. In recognition of all that these front-line workers sacrifice, the local law firm of Fisher Stark, P.A. is offering free Living Wills to essential workers.

A Living Will is an essential component of any estate plan.  The purpose of a Living Will, sometimes known as an Advanced Directive, is to establish your wishes regarding end of life choices when you are not capable of speaking for yourself.

As attorney Megan Silver says, “Community matters to us.” “We are part of the community and we all depend on the community in so many different ways. We are just thankful to be able to give something back,” says firm founder W. Perry Fisher. “We want to take a moment to thank all of the dedicated essential workers. We recognize your sacrifice and thank you,” says Brad Stark, another of the law firm’s partners.

Fisher Stark attorneys represent persons who have been injured through the actions of others.  With over 50 years of jury trials, our lawyers know the wisdom that is our community.  Thank you for allowing us to serve you.  Community matters.
